1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Cite Craft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform connects Clients seeking academic research or editing with verified Experts.

2. Academic Integrity

Cite Craft strictly prohibits academic fraud. The platform is designed for research assistance, tutoring, and editorial review. Users found utilizing the platform to automate plagiarized submissions will face immediate suspension.

3. Escrow Payments & Disputes

• Funding: Clients must fund the Escrow before an Expert begins work. These funds are held securely by Cite Craft.
• Release: Escrow funds are only released to the Expert's Wallet once the Client formally completes the order.
• Disputes: If an order is Disputed, Cite Craft administration will review all internal communications and files to determine a fair refund or release.

4. Expert Conduct

Experts must maintain professional conduct and deliver original work matching the agreed-upon proposal. Communication external to the Cite Craft Work Room voids our Escrow protection policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cite Craft serves as a secure marketplace and Escrow facilitator. We are not liable for the academic grading outcomes or external usage of the deliverables produced by Experts on this platform.
